The bloc de foie gras of duck from the house Grolière is prepared according to the traditional recipe from Périgord. No added coloring, No preservatives.
Food: On a slice of fresh bread, of brioche or spices bread.
Drink: Accompanied by a glass of Bergerac Moëlleux or Saussignac

Serving suggestions: Before tasting the foie gras, we advise you to put the fridge the day before the tasting (at least 4 hours before). Fifteen minutes before eating, exit it from fridge. In this way, it will find its ideal temperature for best flavor.
To unmold it, use a hot knife (put it under hot water during 2 minuts)
To eat with fresh bread or with our figs chutney, depending on your preference.
The foie gras goes well with white or rosé Bergerac or a glass of Champagne Brut.
