On a good slice of fresh bread, brioche bread or spice bread.
Accompanied by a glass of Bergerac Moëlleux or Saussignac

Recipe: Whole duck foie gras from Grolière is prepared according to the traditional recipe from Périgord. No added coloring, no preservatives.
Before tasting the foie gras, we advise you to put the fridge the day before the tasting (at least 4 hours before). Fifteen minutes before eating, exit it from fridge. In this way, it will find its ideal temperature for best flavor.
To unmold it, use a hot knife (put it under hot water during 2 minuts)
To eat with fresh bread or with our figs chutney, depending on your preference.
The foie gras goes well with white or rosé Bergerac or a glass of Champagne Brut.
